With extensive experience in the rail industry, Jeremy previously served as Director of Operations for a short line railroad and spent over a decade in leadership roles at BNSF Railway, including Trainmaster, Terminal Manager, and Superintendent of Operations. This background equips him to understand client challenges and implement practical, results-driven strategies.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jeremy holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a BBA from the University of Akron. His commitment to excellence and integrity defines the way our company partners with clients to achieve success.

Brian brings over a decade of experience in the railroad industry to his role. His career spans a variety of leadership and technical positions, including Shop Superintendent and Road Foreman of Engines. Before moving into management, Brian spent more than ten years with CSX Transportation as a certified Locomotive Engineer and Conductor, gaining hands-on expertise in rail operations.

In his current position, Brian oversees day-to-day operations at client facilities, ensuring excellence in staffing, training, performance management, and equipment maintenance. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to operational efficiency make him a trusted leader in delivering safe and reliable service.

Brian is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served his country with distinction, including a deployment to Iraq in 2008.

Matt brings a decade of comprehensive experience in the railroad industry, encompassing operational expertise as a certified Conductor, Locomotive Engineer, and Dispatcher. His career trajectory includes progressive leadership roles at a short line railroad, where he advanced from Assistant Trainmaster to Division Superintendent, demonstrating a strong aptitude for operational excellence and organizational leadership.

In his current role, Matt provides strategic oversight across critical business functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. His unique blend of operational knowledge and financial acumen positions him to drive sustainable growth and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
